Wombourne Big Tidy Up

11 May 2013

Scouts this morning took part in the Big Tidy Up in Wombourne. Organised by the Best Kept Village commitee, Scouts were given hi-viz vests, bin bags and litter pickers. We cleaned up the area from the Civic Centre along the Wom Brook to the Railway Line. We then went along the railway line from Common Road to the Planks Lane bridge.

All Scouts who took part will be receiving their Community Challenge badge for their hard work today.

The photo below shows the group meeting the local MP for South Staffordshire, Gavin Williamson.
